Young people, career starters and S4-S6 secondary school students are invited to a free Careers Fair on Friday 20 November 2015 in Edinburgh. This event will demonstrate how an interest in the past can open the door to a huge range of careers in heritage, such as education and outreach, archaeology, technology, maths and gaming.

The Rector now has a blog on the school website and is intending to update this regularly with news of what’s happening in school.
We’ve added a map of the school’s catchment area to the reference downloads available from the site. The latest information on school catchment areas is also available on the City of Edinburgh Council’s schools and learning webpages.
Education Scotland (HMIE) have notified the school that they will be returning on week beginning Oct 5th for a follow-up visit to the previous inspection carried out in February 2014
The Rector would like it to be known that he will be available to meet with parents without appointment from 3.30 – 5.00pm each Monday to discuss any issues. Appointments may also be made by contacting the school office.
