The SQA are considering how to assess national qualifications during a year when it is not possible to hold exams in the normal way. The school has sent out a letter with the current information (this may change and we’ll update you) about how this will be done.
The letter provides some information on how the process will work, the use of coursework and estimated grades.
After it opened in 1893, the first exam certificates at Trinity Academy were presented in 1895. Today’s school wouldn’t be pleased with that Arithmetic pass rate!
Mr Paterson’s guide to revising for national exams is available for download. This material has been used in school assemblies to guide the students in best practice for preparing for examinations.
The information included may also be useful to parents in order to help students revise.
