Bangholm Sports Facility Update

The handover of the Bangholm Sports facility to the school is scheduled to take place in mid June 2022. The centre will be used by the school for all PE (the PE department will be based there) and there will be opportunities for pupils to use facilities such as gym and dance studio. 

Facilities will also be shared with Trinity Academicals Rugby Club and the building will also be available for community bookings outwith school hours.

A celebration school and community launch event is being planned for the last weekend of August 2022, just after the new school term starts.

Phase 2 – the design of the main school building is well underway and the current scheduling is for work to start in the summer of 2023 and to run over 3 years. A Parent Review Board has been formed to support the school as it looks at wider communication to parents and carers in the coming months. See below for detail FAQs.

Get involved this year

Our meetings are open to everyone with children at the school.  We also look for individuals who are willing to join the Parent Council and attend around 6 meetings a year to represent the issues affecting our wider Parent Forum.
