Welcome to the website of the Trinity Primary School Parent Council. The school also has an official website of Trinity Primary School and contains lots of useful information on the school and a calendar of school activities.

Parent Councils are the representative body for parents and have the following role:

- Support the school in its work with pupils
- Represent the views of all parents
- Encourage links between the school, parents, pupils, pre-school groups and the wider community
- Report back to all the parents in the school
- Play a role in the appointment of headteachers and depute headteachers
- Support the school and pupils during school inspections
Parent Council meetings are open to all parents and we have set-up this website and mailing list to enable two-way communication with parents. The site includes a record of all Parent Council activities, dates of forthcoming activities and links to information about the school.
